Niederer Kraft Frey advised Helvetia Schweizerische Lebensversicherungsgesellschaft AG with respect to the sale of a real estate portfolio in the Cantons of Zurich, St. Gallen, Neuchâtel and Basel to Helvetia Asset Management AG acting for the Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund.
